Our film
Twenty years, seen from the job site
A short look at the crews, the equipment and the buildings behind the numbers.
What we do
Three divisions, one standard of work
Whether it's a single panel upgrade or 200 condo units, the same certified crews and the same code compliance.
Residential
Panel upgrades, EV chargers, home generators, lighting, automation and full connections for new builds and renovations.
Commercial
Retail, offices, fitness and mixed-use — distribution, lighting design, emergency systems and tenant fit-outs.
Industrial
Power distribution, switchgear, machine connections and planned maintenance for warehouses and production floors.
Services
Eight things we're asked for most
Each one has its own page with scope, process and answers to the questions we get every week.
Selected work
27 projects across Greater Montreal
Why Steve & Fils
Our own crews, our own equipment
No subcontracting the work out. We show up with the lifts, the generators and the people — which is why we can hold a schedule on a 200-unit build.
- Boom lifts, scissor lifts and portable scaffolding for warehouse and showroom work
- Diesel generators and temporary heating and lighting for emergencies
- Specialty and outdoor lighting truck
- Dispatched two-way radio across every crew on site
- Active members: RBQ, CCQ, CMEQ, AECQ and APECQ
